# keyboard shortcuts

> macos keyboard shortcuts for recording, navigation, and insight modes

macos shortcuts only. some shortcuts are context-dependent - save / discard require an active session, and `⌘1` / `⌘2` / `⌘3` / `⌘4` / `⌘5` apply in insights views.

| `⌘N`      | new session                           |
| `⌘S`      | save current session                  |
| `⌘⌫`      | discard current session               |
| `⌘H`      | go home                               |
| `⌘[`      | toggle sidebar                        |
| `⌘]`      | toggle insights pane                  |
| `⌘1`      | standard mode                         |
| `⌘2`      | meddpicc mode                         |
| `⌘3`      | training mode                         |
| `⌘4`      | questions mode                        |
| `⌘5`      | docs mode                             |
| `⌘⇧I`     | generate insights                     |
| `⌘⇧Z`     | 😶 i zoned out - mid-meeting catch-up |
