how it works
- while playbook is selected, miniti keeps an updating list of topics from the conversation
- each topic is looked up in your own product docs and answered with links back to the source pages
- answers are grounded only in the connected docs. if the docs do not cover a topic, miniti shows no answer rather than guessing
setup
playbook needs a docs mcp url. add one under settings → docs mcp. a valid connection enables the playbook specialist view automatically. see docs mcp for setup and compatibility. if playbook is not configured, choose set up playbook from the insights more menu to jump to settings.looking up a topic
- on pro and byok, topics are looked up automatically
- on the free tier, tap a topic to look it up. free includes 10 docs lookups per month
- building and refreshing the topic list is always free and never counts as a lookup
live vs saved
- live - topics refresh while playbook is selected and answers appear during recording
- saved - open playbook on a saved meeting to refresh topics or look one up from the saved transcript
keep the mcp url pointed at docs you trust. miniti uses only those docs for playbook answers.
