command-f in settings, then search for a label or keyword such as silence, calendar, or api key.
recording workflow
- start or stop with
⌘⇧R - for supported call apps, respond to take notes in the branded meeting detected floating prompt when the call begins; miniti does not start recording from call detection alone
- when an associated call ends, cancel the visible 10-second countdown with keep recording, or finish immediately with end now
- the floating recording surface opens for call, quiet, calendar-handoff, recording, and ending decisions; foreground question/coaching nudges appear there too. click anywhere across its header to collapse or expand it, drag it without changing expansion, and use open meeting to activate and bring forward the main window or recreate it after closing
- stopping finalizes and saves the transcript automatically
- return to meetings while final insights finish in the background
- resume the same meeting after its final insight task finishes
- done or open in history with
