every saved meeting lands in history. on macos, the sidebar lists them; on ios, the history tab.

macos

  • sidebar lists saved meetings in reverse chronological order
  • open any meeting to view transcript, insights (standard / meddpicc / training / questions), and notes
  • switch insight modes with ⌘1 / ⌘2 / ⌘3 / ⌘4
  • click update (or generate) to refresh saved-meeting insights
  • edit notes and titles directly
  • delete meetings with confirmation
  • press / to focus the search field - it searches titles, transcripts, notes, insights, topics, action items, meddpicc, and discussion flow
  • keyboard navigate history with / k (up) and / j (down)

ios

  • history tab lists saved meetings
  • tap a meeting to open transcript, insights (including meddpicc and questions), training stats, and notes
  • swipe to delete
  • edit title and notes from the detail view
  • generate / update insights (including meddpicc and questions)

tips

  • training metrics on saved meetings are computed from transcript data - no extra setup needed
  • if a meeting has no transcript content, training and some insight sections may be empty
  • attio export is available from macos saved meeting detail only
