transcript trimming

on saved meetings, you can trim the transcript before sharing or exporting it. trimming is available only after a meeting has been stopped and saved.
  • select transcript text and delete the selected range
  • use edit segments to delete an individual transcript segment
  • use undo last trim if you delete the wrong text
  • transcript text remains selectable, so you can still copy part or all of it
when you trim a transcript, miniti clears generated insights for that meeting. this prevents deleted text from remaining in summaries, action items, meddpicc, questions, markdown exports, webhooks, or attio notes. click regenerate to create fresh insights from the trimmed transcript.

tips

  • training metrics on saved meetings are computed from transcript data - no extra setup needed
  • if a meeting has no transcript content, training and some insight sections may be empty
  • attio export is available from macos saved meeting detail only
