`⌘N`	start a fresh meeting
`⌘S`	activate done or open in history for a stopped meeting
`⌘⌫`	discard the current meeting
`⌘H`	back to meetings when recording is not active
`⌘[`	toggle history sidebar
`⌘]`	toggle insights pane
`⌘⇧I`	update the selected insight view when available
`⌘⇧Z`	open i zoned out during a meeting
`⌘,`	settings
`⌘/`	show all shortcuts
`/`	search meetings
`↑` / `k`	navigate history up
`↓` / `j`	navigate history down
`esc`	close an overlay or return to meetings

insight views are selected from the visible summary, questions, and coaching controls or the specialist more menu. the old numbered mode shortcuts are no longer used.
