twenty CRM

miniti sends a saved meeting summary to a Twenty person, company, or opportunity, with optional task creation from action items.

what gets sent

miniti creates a note on the selected Twenty record containing:

• summary
• discussion flow
• action items
• key decisions
• topics
• meddpicc fields (if any)
• notes

optionally, action items become individual tasks linked to the same record.

what does not get sent

• full transcript
• coaching metrics (filler words, pace, etc.)

enable it

1. open settings (⌘,)
2. choose integrations
3. turn on enable “send to Twenty”

send a meeting

1. open a saved meeting in macos history
2. click send to Twenty
3. click connect and approve access in Twenty
4. choose people, companies, opportunities, or all
5. enter at least 2 characters, click search Twenty, and select the target record
6. review the compact what will be sent summary; expand review details for the full field checklist
7. optionally enable create Twenty tasks in the fixed footer
8. review every proposed task, including its status, assignment policy, and linked record
9. untick any task you do not want to create - this does not remove it from the meeting note
10. click send meeting to Twenty

miniti remembers the selected Twenty record for each meeting.

auto Twenty sync

if you’ve connected google calendar, miniti can automatically send a saved meeting summary to Twenty when an external attendee domain matches exactly one company. enable it under settings → crm → Twenty CRM. automatic sync creates the note without action-item tasks. no match or multiple matches are skipped.

account access

Twenty opens its own approval screen. miniti keeps the resulting access and refresh tokens server-side, keyed to the app’s anonymous device id. revoking miniti’s access in Twenty stops future sends.

edge cases

• “send to Twenty” is missing - enable it in settings → crm
• can’t connect - confirm you are using Twenty Cloud, then try connect again
• can’t search - connect first, enter at least 2 characters, then click search Twenty
• meeting was trimmed - transcript edits clear generated insights. regenerate before sending if you want the note to include summary, discussion flow, action items, decisions, topics, and meddpicc
• 0 tasks created - the meeting may have no usable action items, insights may have been cleared after trimming, or Twenty may have accepted the note but rejected a task

linked records

• the meeting becomes a Twenty note linked to the selected person, company, or opportunity
• each selected action item becomes a Twenty task linked to that same record when task creation is enabled
• tasks use the workspace defaults; miniti does not show a separate assignee picker
