miniti has a built-in debug log viewer to help diagnose audio, transcription, and connection issues.

how to open it

  1. open settings (⌘, on macos, gear icon on ios)
  2. scroll to the about section
  3. tap the version number 5 times quickly
the debug log opens as a terminal-style viewer with:
  • category filters (audio, deepgram, app)
  • pretty and raw view modes (raw mode supports text selection for partial copy)
  • copy and clear buttons

what’s in the log

structured diagnostic data only - timestamps, events, errors, state transitions.

what’s not in the log

  • never transcript content
  • never recorded audio
  • never api keys

sharing the log

when reporting an issue, copy the log (pretty or raw mode works) and send it along. don’t worry about redaction - the log never contains transcript or audio.
